MH Home Improvement is a family-led business. Miledy and Cris lead a strong team of painting contractors with more than 20 years in the craft, bringing South Florida experience and an uncommon level of owner involvement to homes in North Port.
Our story
Built around the details others learn to overlook.
MH Home Improvement grew from decades of hands-on painting across South Florida and a simple belief: a homeowner should not need a trained eye to know whether the work was done right.
Miledy and Cris have spent more than 20 years working around homes, colors, repairs, crews, and the fine line between work that merely looks complete and work that has truly been finished. Their experience now serves North Port, where a growing mix of newer construction and established homes creates its own set of surface and maintenance needs.
The family-led company brings together a capable team of contractors for interior and exterior painting, cabinets, drywall patching, doors, baseboards, crown molding, and other paint-related detail work. The team handles the craft, while Miledy keeps the final standard personal.
She visits every project herself. She looks across the work with the perspective of an owner and the experience of someone who knows where uneven coverage, rough patches, missed edges, and cleanup issues tend to hide. If something feels off, she records it and follows it back to the team for attention.
The customer should not have to search for the details we can catch before we leave.

Miledy reviews the options beside the surface and works through the direction with the painter before the finish is carried across the project.
Light, neighboring materials, architecture, texture, and contrast can change how a color reads. Comparing useful sample areas on the home helps the team see undertones and relationships that a small card cannot show by itself.
